I have been using the dish sponge to clean my hookah after use, but my wife had enough of that, so I got this set. It has everything you need to clean your hookah. The "toothbrush" is great for cleaning the burned and sticky tobacco off the phunnel, which is not an easy task. My hookah is an acrylic cube (not the usual genie bottle style), and the bendable cotton brush is great for that, as I cannot get by hand or fingers into the corners with the dish sponge. The various sizes of bristle brushes are great for cleaning the tip, hose, and tube that connects to the phunnel (the various sizes each have a specific thing they are good to clean). I have never used the cleaning balls (have not needed to), but they seem like they would be good for a glass unit; as mine is scratchable acrylic, I have not used them and may not.
