Love this belt! Easy to figure out your size. Easy to use. Versatile, works with many different outfits. Great quality, both the buckle and the belt. So nice my daughter bought one too. Great value for the price when others just the same want double. Read more

I ordered this belt in Saffiano black. It comes in four pieces including the belt strap, buckle, and two keepers. I followed the instructions and put the belt together and put it on to see how it fit. It cinched up easily but didn't go tight enough. Then I tried to take it off but couldn't. I looked at the instruction card and it said nothing about how to take the belt off. I started to panic that I was going to have to cut it off. I looked at the Amazon listing and saw it described a release lever on the side of the buckle and said to push it, but not how to push it. The lever was on the bottom of the buckle so I couldn't see it while wearing the belt. After some fumbling I finally got it to release. The lever actually pushes up towards the buckle. To shorten I needed to cut the belt at the end that was inserted in the buckle. I couldn't get the clip to open to remove the buckle and worried I was going to break a nail. I wound up using a small flathead screwdriver to pry it open. The belt was easy to cut with a scissors. It's still a little big but I wanted to wear it for a day or two before adjusting further. The belt has a clean, finished look. The gold and silver buckle elevates it an gives it versatility if you're wearing silver or gold jewelry. The two keepers can be moved to make sure any extra strap length isn't hanging loose. The ratchet part of the belt is longer than the typical stretch of belt holes giving added flexibility on tightening depending on if you're wearing high waisted or low waisted jeans. I've worn the belt to work a couple times and had no trouble getting it open. It looks great with jeans but can also be worn with nice slacks and dresses. The keepers aren't attached so you do have to be careful they don't fall off. I hang my belts and I have to close this one and hang it otherwise the keepers slip off. Read more

got this premium leather ratchet belt, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. The micro-adjustable design means I can get a perfect fit every time, no more struggling with holes that are too tight or too loose. The leather feels high-quality and soft, but still sturdy enough to hold up with daily wear. I also love the sleek buckle—it looks classy and works smoothly without sticking or slipping. For value, it’s solid—you’re paying a little more than a basic belt, but the custom fit, quality leather, and durability make it worth it. Overall, this ratchet belt is comfortable, stylish, and practical. It’s my new go-to belt for work, casual wear, or dressing up. Read more

This belt is a nice design and well made of real leather. I got the black croc texture, and it looks really classy. The dual tone metal clasp is stylish as well. It comes in a nice box, too. I was a little confused at how to put all the pieces together and adjust the sizing, but I'm very spatially ungifted. My husband had to help me figure out how to flip the little lever on the side of the buckle to release the ratchet catch. Thank goodness, because I thought I was stuck! I did eventually figure out the assembly, so here's for the fellow strugglers among us. The straight end with the measurement lines tucks inside the piece of the buckle with sharp teeth. Push it in till it stops then clamp the teeth on top to hold it tight. Thread the loops on the free end to near the buckle. The curved end of the strap threads through the part of the buckle with the little dull tooth sticking out. Tighten by pulling till it clicks to the right position for you, then pull up on the little buckle lever to release. If you need to cut, put it on first with your usual pants and see what the excess length is like. This is particularly important if you like to wear low rises. You can then reinsert the cut end into the sharp teeth. I'm 5’8”, 230 lbs, and wear about a 2X. I didn't need to cut mine at all. I do have a little extra length to play with, so I hope that's helpful for anyone on the edge of fitting this belt to know if it will work for them. I do appreciate the wide range of sizes it will suit, though it's not unlimited. I took a picture of the excess. The width of this belt is comfortable and threaded easily through my jeans loops. It's not rolling or pinching, and it should stand up to wear as a leather belt. It stays put as I wear it and releases cleanly as needed. Nice product and design! Read more

I didn't realize how great this belt was when I ordered it. I liked the fact that you could custom adjust it but the kit that it came with is excellent. The directions are clear and self intuitive. They even have measurements on the back for you to cut accurately, i.e. 28, 30, 32, 34 etc. inches. The leather seems good and strong and very attractive. The clasp mechanism is an interesting design. And it leaves you the ability to adjust the length if you get smaller. I left it on a bigger length for the time being. The whole design is very good with a quality buckle and leather loops to slide onto it to hold the belt in place. Really happy with this product. It's not always easy to find the right size belt and this is a great idea. I also like the fact that this is a family owned business out of Montana. Highly recommended! Read more
