I had one of these for about 3 years and it was my favorite. No issues whatsoever. Perfect. It finally completely stopped working mid or late January (less than 2 months ago), so I came back to purchase a new one of the exact same model. I am incredibly disappointed as it lasted less than 2 months. Just about 2 weeks past the window to get a refund for it being faulty. It does not matter if I charge the thing for a whole day... it will not come on no matter what buttons I press or hold down. I thought it was an issue with the charging cable at first, and I still had my old one from the previous toy. Once again, it does not matter how long it is charged, it will not even turn on with the other cable. I tried different outlets, using a surge protector. Nothing. I never even got it wet except to clean between uses. Incredibly disappointed at the complete lack of quality. This product has really gone down hill. Do not buy!!! Read more
