Works perfectly except for one very minor glitch. The holes on the plastic cap are not spaced exactly the same as the screw holes below. I took the cap to the drill press, enlarged the holes slightly and then it all went together OK. The old bronze top that screws into the main casting was somewhat seized up and difficult to remove. I didn’t want to use heat because of the rubber and plastic inside, so I sprayed a little WD-40 around the threads, let it soak for 15 minutes and used a large pipe wrench to grip the studs and unscrew it. It came out OK once it came loose. Everything went back together easily except for the three cap screws that I mentioned. I would definitely recommend this product. Sprinklers are running right now with no leaks. BTW, my original problem was that the valve had obviously frozen at some point. I need to rewrap the heat tape and come up with some sort of insulation. Read more

Got this kit for a fraction of the name brand. Parts seem to be made just as well as the original and is probably from the same factory lol. Everything fit well and had no issues with assembly. Fixed the leak in little time and can buy 10 more of these instead of paying a plumber. Read more

I was able to replace my broker 720A pressure breaker with this kit, no issues at all, i watched one youtube video before installing it. It would have been helpful if this product itself can provide a short video. Nonetheless, I would rate it 5 star for product quality and price. Read more

Great product! Bonnet, spring, spider washers and all internal parts are perfect. No more leaks!!! Bonnet cap cover holes don’t align well with bonnet holes and need longer screws to fit better. Read more

It worked fine and passed the inspection that my city requires for backflow preventers BUT the inspector could tell that I bought a 'cheap kit from amazon' because the test results told him that the spring was much weaker than OEM. I am suspicious if it will pass next time. Read more

After watching a video on how to repair the vacuum Breaker I researched what would be the best kit to get. This kit has all the parts. The price was good and they delivered it quickly. We did not want to start taking it apart and find out we needed more from the partial kits. Read more
