It is a ok steamer. The steam jet quality is on the light side. The nozzle has to be almost touching the object to be cleaned. It does not clean grout well at all. I know my grout is dirty and it barely shows dirt once sprayed on the grout line. It does clean windows and shower doors pretty well. The window attachment works well. It has to be plugged in to use and cord is very short which makes it very bothersome to have to continually re plug it into an outlet near where you want to use it. I’d rather not use an extension cord. There is no way to gauge how much water is in the tank. I never know how much water I have left to use or if I’m storing it after use with water in the tank that can stagnate. This is the biggest design flaw in my opinion. Read more
