I could not have been happier with this dress. I’m 5’8” with lots of curves. Typically a US size 12. I weigh 190 lbs, 36DDD chest, and have wider hips and thicker thighs. I bought this in a size large and it was perfect. This dress was so flattering on my body and the length was perfect for my taller frame. It hit just above my knee, it didn’t feel too short at all. I wore this dress to a funeral and felt very comfortable in it. I absolutely love this style and totally will buy it in more colors. The fabric is stretchy and incredibly comfortable as well. I would say the only downfall and it’s minor is the neckline is more of a boat neckline so a regular bra definitely shows so you may have to wear a strapless with this dress or really slide your straps off your shoulders or use fabric tape so the straps don’t show, very minor but just something to keep in mind. This is a nice dress and I get lots of compliments when I wear it. It is slightly more structured than it appears in the picture- which isn’t a bad thing, just makes it seem a little less casual. The top does not “blouse” over the belt as shown- it’s pretty fitted up top. It’s great for work, but I would feel weird wearing it shopping. I got the XL and it fits perfect. I am 5’11” with a long torso and the waist hits a few inches above my natural waist, which is annoying, but also common with most dresses. An average torso person I’m sure it would hit just right. It’s very soft and comfortable, I got the emerald green and it is a gorgeous color. Overall I’m pretty happy with it. 4 stars only because it isn’t exactly as pictured. Absolutely adore this dress! I originally purchased about a year ago and these were a staple in my winter wardrobe. I came back to buy a couple more in different colors. Cotton dresses that are cute AND comfy are hard to come by. There is some Lycra in this for stretch which is great. This is easy to layer with and can be worn in those weird fall/spring temps with layers. And pockets… need I say more. In my opinion, these run a tad large. I am 5’1” 145 lbs and typically wear a women’s large. I had to return those for a medium. Even with weight fluctuations this year, they still fit amazingly the next season. I typically hate body con type dresses as my “mom pooch” is visible. This dress is perfect and doesn’t showcase it. Second photo shows my pre-period bloat and even then, it’s doesn’t make me look pregnant like most body con type dresses would (short torso life). Anyway. Get the dress, you won’t regret it! I bought this in a medium dark green. Overall pretty dress just not exactly what I was hoping for. Not a fan of this dress personally. True to size fit. The dress feels like it is made from stretchy t shirt material. It is comfortable I will give credit for that. It was also made well, there wasn’t any fraying at the hem line or any extra stitches that should not have been there. If you are a very petite woman than this would probably work well for you. Me on the other hand, I am 140 Ib with curves. My stomach is flat and able to handle the abdomen of the dress well bc I don’t have a large pooch, but I have some momma hips and thighs. This showed the dimples in my thighs straight through the dress. Again, It might work well if you are petite and maybe if your curvy like me you could probably buy this dress in a pattern. Read more

I love this dress! I ordered black in my regular size and it fits perfectly. I am 76 and have a tummy and rolls—it hides them very much! The material is a little thicker and has a waist band sewn in with a tie around the waist. It also has subtle front pleats so hides the tummy. Read more

Love this dress! I love the fit and stretch. Thick material- not see through. Pockets are awesome. Hits right at the knee. I’m 5’2. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is this dress came with out a tag and smelled so badly of heavy perfume. Gag. I had to wash it twice to remove the smell. Only reason I didn’t return it is because this is a replacement. I had to have this dress by a certain date so I didn’t have time to return again. The previous dress had a hole (but it was new and had tags) so I traded one problem for another. Disappointed that I paid $40 for what seems like a used dress. I will be purchasing another color, but I will return it if it’s in this condition. Read more
