We have a decent selection of first-aid items, and we wanted a way to keep them at hand in case we need to flee a wildfire, earthquake or ... This bag is a good size, seems sturdy and I like that it's bright red. It's also an excellent way to organize all this stuff for use at home, since we do use things like bandages and wrapping tape frequently. As some have mentioned, the main compartment of the bag is deep, while the organizing sections are not as deep. I don't see this as a problem. We just put clean cloths in the extra space. If we're camping or traveling, we'll grab the bag with the rest of our stuff instead of forgetting bandaids and antiseptic spray. One simple step to be much safer. Read more

I like this bag a lot. I set it up like this: It has a large middle for four one gallon ziplocks which contain heavy bleed kits. It has two smaller outside pockets for saline and other wash solutions. It also has a flap that comes down for ointments, pens, paper, bandaid and ammonia ampules. The top middle has room for a stethoscope and BP cuff. The only drawback I see is it's a little on the small size. I'd like to see this exact build about 20% larger to carry BVM's. I guess I'll look into finding something in blue for airway stuff. Five Stars. Well worth the money. Read more
