I would not buy this again!
I have owned about 10 different burners, this one would rank at the bottom out of them all! First off, not all of the coil gets hot, so when you place a coal on the burner, only the front or the back of the coal will get hot. Secondly, even on max heat, it doesn’t stay on which doesn’t work very well! It seems easy to clean but it actually isn’t! The build quality is seems decent at least! The size is good for the money but I would still buy something else!! Read more
Didn't like it! Update: Great customer service.
It works but not as I wanted it to. The spaces are too far apart which means the charcoal doesn't heat up evenly. While my initial review from several months ago stands (see above) when I had given it two stars, the seller deserves my update. A month after my review the seller contacted me via Amazon and apologized for the inconvenience and offered an upgraded version at no cost. It arrived within a week and this product works like a charm. Hence I upgraded the stars from two to four for superior service. Great customer service. Read more

Didn't last long
The media could not be loaded. Worked fine until it didn't. I haven't even had this burner for a year and the knob broke off first and soon after it randomly just stoped working. The burner stayed in the same spot on my counter so this is very disappointing considering it literally just fell apart. Read more

Honestly, I’m not a fan of this coal burner. It took too long to heat up and the coil cover burned on the 1st use. I do not recommend especially if you’re an advid hookah smoker. Read more
