This is pretty good tape. I would recommend for taping situations where you don't need much pull. It does remove easily with no residue, unlike others. But it is also a little thinner and had less hold than other brands, so was not great for tightly taping my shoulder. That being said, it worked well for my spouse's tennis elbow, so just need to match to the right situation. Read more

This kinesiology tape works well. It's a bit thinner than KT tape (name brand) but I found that it still gives good support. If I tested this tape when I have an injury flare-up, I can't really tell if I'm just having a particularly bad day or if the tape isn't working). So, to give it a real test (and also not possibly exacerbate an injury if it didn't work well), I tested three tapes at once. Testing Results (for three tapes: KT brand, another off-brand (I'll call Brand B), and this Musefitr tape. - The KT tape was thicker than both off-brand tapes. - All three had good stretch. - When stretched and applied, Brand B had noticeably less support. Musefitr tape and KT tape provided similar support, even though this one is thinner. - None of them irritated my skin (but I also have very non-sensitive skin) Ultimately, it seems like this will work well and provide a more economical option for kinesiology tape than some of the name brands. I didn't test the longevity since I don't currently have an injury or flare-up, and don't want to walk around with tape I don't need for a few days, but in the short test, it seems to hold well. This K-Tape applies very much like most K-Tapes. It has adequate stretch and very good adhesion. After wearing it for several hours, there was no lifting or rolling of the tape. Upon removal, there was no skin irritation or residue left behind. The tape has a very slight sheen to it. It says it's made of "professional synthetic material," but there's no disclosure as to the actual composition of the tape. This tape is not pre-cut, so it's possible to fashion and customize it to whatever configuration which may be needed or desired.
