I have one of these, from years ago, for my right hand. It served me well back then with a mysterious hand issue. I now have a very angry tendon in my left wrist. I tried another brace but it didn't seem to restrict the movement enough to allow for healing. This one does. I can still type, not as fast or accurate though. This also has compression, the level dependent upon how tight you fasten the straps. I highly recommend. Read more
They are great. I use both left and right every night. Read more
The sizing chart for this is just wrong (for me anyway.) Futuro used to make a brace/splint exactly like this, but no more. Now, I have gained some water retention (for reasons) and my repaired carpal tunnel is swelling up again. Years ago I used the brace just like this - to be worn loosely and EXCLUSIVELY to position the wrist at the least constrictive angle, so it doesn't compress the tissues no way no how. This brace is great - if large enough. I had to try different sizes because the chart said use size M. I am happy with size XL. I guess the trend is to compress the wrist for carpal tunnel ????@?@#$(*&#^$( Virtually all 'modern' wrist braces seem to compress the wrist, which is backward for me. This Procare brace in the XL size is awesome. Read more

I purchased a pair for left and right. I have used them in the past for carpal tunnel and shoulder pain. They work well. I especially use them at night while sleeping. Needed to get a smaller size due to some weight loss. Read more
Its ok. Should have bought a smaller size for a more snug fit. The bar along the bottom sits off to one side of the wrist, rather than in the middle. Seems like with out a lot of movement (at night) it would be fine. Not like a wrist stabilizer. Read more
This wrist splint will do for a back up until you get a good quality one. Read more
