I have some minor carpal tunnel problems. I was looking for a brace to help with it; I bought three others before this brace. I really like it, it is easy to put on and take off and feels very comfortable. Now the biggest reason I didn't like other braces is the space between the forefinger and thumb would get irritated since none of them are adjustable but this one is, so I can wear it all day at work without having to take it off. It also has a palm formed hard brace on the bottom and a adjustable flat brace on the back of the wrist for additional support. Reasons to Buy: One quick strap Comfortable enough for all day use. Adjustable strap between thumb and forefinger Quality product very affordable from when I bought it around 15 dollars. I didn't receive anything from ProCare to write this review, I really just like this brace and have spent too much money on other inferior braces that were over priced. I just received this and, right out of the box I think it's great. Mine is identical to the pictures so, no disappointment like I saw in some reviews. I have large hands so I ordered XL and it fits perfectly. Putting it on is a snap and I immediately felt relief from my arthritis/tendonitis pain. My left side is not nearly as painful, but I'm inclined to get the left hand version just in case, for the future. Read more
I recently developed carpal tunnel issues and this brace has been a life saver. One of the frequent activities that I do that hurts the most is driving for long distances. Holding the wheel, I have to constantly change position of my hands. When I wear my brace it’s so much more comfortable. And if I don’t follow proper mechanics for awhile, I’m able to put my brace on and it helps the irritation subside. It is also fairly easy to clean. I just used a lint roller to get rid of the cat hair and a quick wipe to keep the rest clean. The fabric is pretty breathable. Read more

This is the best wrist support that I have found and I have tried several. I use it whenever I do any heavy work around the farm and I also have a set that I use at night. I was a candidate for carpal tunnel surgery but the surgeon said to try these wrist braces first and that was 6 years ago and the numbness and tingling has gone away without the need of surgery.
