I really don’t like the strong smell it has. It’s not a pleasant smell for me. I would much prefer something fresh/fruity/citrus but it has some sort of an artificial linen smell that gives me a headache. However this is the only pet accident remover/cleaner that has actually worked. It completely removed the stains when used right away after the accident (checked under UV light) and odor (even though the scent I don’t like lingers for a while). Another thing I noticed was I have an air purifier that detects VOC levels and this was the only cleaning product that didn’t make my air purifier go off. I was surprised by it. My air purifier won’t detect any VOC whenever I used this despite the horrible scent. I recently switched over to a different spray solution that smells amazing (fruity) but I was so disappointed to find out every time I use that product the VOC level on my air purifier peaks. For that reason I’ll probably switch back to this even though I don’t like the smell. I feel much safer using this over something else that smells better but would release harmful chemicals/gas. This very good odor eliminator for cat and dog issues as well as other uses. It's easy to use. All you need is purified water to mix with it. Do not use in its concentrated form. A gallon of distilled water if you are going to use the whole contents or make two bottles. It does not go bad. I mix and use a spray bottle and it works great. I thought I'd give this a try to try and save a chair my dog had an accident on during a thunderstorm. I thought for sure my chair was a gonner but no. This stuff is AMAZING!. Do NOT dilute at all and I used ALOT. I dipped the Sponge and went to work & let dry in another room for a few days with a fan on it 24/7. I am IMPRESSED! Then I decided to give it a try on a floor that is ruined in a house we just moved in to. The flooring is split and has small openings and I kept smelling urine that was unbearable to me. The landlord told me the floor had damage but failed to tell me it was dog urine damage and once the humidity kicked in I could smell it. So I poured this ALL OVER THE FLOOR and mopped. This has been the best cleaner we’ve tried. We got a few other products before this that were ineffective for cleaning and deodorizing our artificial turf due to dog urine. And they smelled terrible, only masking it and/or worsening the smell. We found out via research that we needed an enzymatic cleaner and this stuff is awesome while smelling pleasant. We live in the desert so artificial grass is all we can have due to water conservation requirements, (which we are okay with as who wants to keep up a lawn when it 110 plus most of the summer?) Thankful this stuff made the end of summer outside in our backyard pleasant as the heat already amplifies odors. Note: We clean up any poo right away. We use this once a week at night during the summer. Now that weather is cooling in the fall we are using it less frequently. Maybe once a month. We found a sprayer here and let it soak over night.
