Easy to put together but honestly it's a bit flimsy where the projector is supposed to sit. And the balance isn't the greatest. If you're using it inside on stable flooring just make sure it doesn't get bumped. If you are using it outside, like I am, make SURE you have the base leveled and use sandbags or weight to anchor it. Not faulting the unit, but it's top heavy, tall, and has a fairly narrow base. If a strong wind blows then there is a real chance of your projector/laptop taking a ride to the ground. If you are looking for high quality I would spend a bit more for something else. All the parts fit but they just aren’t machined well. There are gaps, it doesn’t quite tighten down like you’d like it to. But if you’re in a pinch and only have a little money this will do fine. Read more

Very good product, easy to assemble, clear instructions. It also comes with a protective cover. The only issue is that when using a laptop, depending on its size, it can partially cover the ventilation slots, which may cause the laptop to overheat. This is complete junk. Period. the platform for the projector is in two pieces and then braced together. It cannot be made completely level and it wobbles. Then we come to the stand components. First you need to know the height is NOT completely adjustable within the specified range Only the upper pole can be "adjusted" and only in increments of 2.5" because that is how far apart they drilled the holes to insert the "stabilizing" bar. The only way to get down to 22" is to remove one of the poles. So basically once you set it, you can't adjust it without a lot of fussy around. NOT ONE BIT transportable even if it is light weight. THEN we get to the part where, whether with one pole or two, it is SO loose that it spins around, one pole inside the other. I tried adding duct tape but that only marginally solved the problem. It no longer spins but, it's not sturdy. It says it is rated for 22 pounds. I'm seriously doubting that. My ultra short throw projector is 11 pounds and once I tried to put it on that platform it was wobbling so much I was afraid it would fall off so I took it down. I bought this for sewing pattern projection. It has to be level, it has to be accurate and I can't have it falling off. DO NOT BUY. Read more
