I have a couple of these in my house to help my aging dog get around on our hardwood floors. Much more economical than purchasing rugs and works just as good. These are perfect for what I use them for I don't use them for yoga. I actually put these on the floor underneath my dog crates. So that the metal on the bottom of the dog crate doesn't scratch my floor they do the job. They're easy to clean and they don't feel cheap Read more

Was looking for a thicker mat as my 6-year-old mat seemed too thin for hard floors. Usable, good protection for knees and back. For some exercises the grip isn't perfect, I just wish it was a bit thicker because I bought this to replace my thinner mat in the first place. Read more
