These mats were perfect for our jungle gym area of our playroom. I love how easy they assemble, and I was even able to use a utility knife to easily cut them to fit around any stationary pieces or bars allowing the mats to be flush against walls. This exercise mat has exceeded my expectations. It is high quality, easy to install and has made our workout area far more useful and comfortable. I initially thought that I would need a 1” thick mat but we are more than satisfied with the 3/4” thickness. It is great for Floor exercises and Yoga. I am totally satisfied with this purchase. I bought the 3/4" thick mats in both blue and gray. For some reason, the gray mats were more slippery when they came and needed a bit of time to break in and get grippier. Both colors of mats needed a couple of days to "vent" because they smelled like chemicals when they first arrived. The quality control is pretty good - a couple mats had small manufacturing defects like holes and marks, but otherwise, these mats fit together well with mats of other colors (from this brand). I accidentally left a weight on these mats for a few hours, but the impression left behind recovered the next day. Overall, I really like these mats once they had some time to break in. They're pretty comfortable to lay on as well. Packaging is sturdy enough, wrapped in plastic film and comes in a box. Read more
These were perfect for my needs. I converted a room to a gym. The room already has carpet, but I wanted it softer, so I put these mats over the carpet. I am very glad I did, because I am able to do floor exercises that I could never do on the rough carpet. I might get some more to place under an area rug because it makes the floor more comfortable to sit on. The only issue I had was that the mats smelled bad at first. It took several weeks to normalize, but it actually made the room smell like smoke for a while. Read more
Easy install. I put a desiccant packet under each tile for concrete moisture and you can’t even feel them through the 3/4” thick version. Great value if you compare to carpet+padding+ installation. If my basement gets water it’ll be an easy clean up, dry and reinstall. Ordering for the other half today. Read more
DO NOT order multiple boxes. I ordered FIVE boxes and they do not match or fit together. I called prosource and they said this is a problem they have been having. The ONLY thing they will do for me is exchange them if I send them back?!? The HEADACHE this has caused me is huge and they are VERY unapologetic and there is NO WAY to make sure I receive boxes that are the same tiles. What happened to customer service? This is a nightmare dealing with this. They need to pull this listing asap because the tiles ALSO don't fit together!!! THEY KNOW AND ARE STILL SELLING HERE!!!!!!!!!! It's not ok!! Read more
I turned a loft like crawlspace in to a play area for the kids with these. These are much more durable and thicker than the supper thin "play room" style tiles. Definitely worth spending the extra few dollars to get these, they will last years rather than weeks. The best part is that by doing this is it keeps their mess out od the living room. My only gripe is that they come in a pack of 24 and you need 25 tiles to make a proper 10x10 square. Read more
