I like those dumbbell. I only used them once but they seem well made and durable. The coating is nice when you get sweaty because it is less slippery than other material. I have similar dumbbell in different sizes and have been using for many years. Good stuff! Read more

weird texture
Most of my weights are Amazon Basics but I needed an odd size to work on increasing my strength. There was a certain workout I was doing that 5lbs were getting too easy for, but I wasn't quite ready for 8lbs (the next size up in Amazon Basics dumbbells). So I found these. They are fine. But the texture is a little weird. Compared to the Amaon Basics ones, they're quite sticky! I don't love having them in my hands. But they function. Read more

Dumbbells are fine: just don't keep them on any surface you care about.
Dumbbells work fine. ONE HUGE PROBLEM: material covering them leaked onto wood shelf and took the finish right off the shelf. The shelf is part of a larger wall unit, so permanently damaged. I can email photos if you want to see. Read more
