ProsourceFit Pull Up Bar for Multi Use Fitness Home Gym Exercise

I bought this pull-up bar several years ago around Christmas, and I’m still using it to this day. I originally got it to help build muscle in my arms, back, and especially my chest. I was looking for something similar to the Iron Gym pull-up bar I had as a teenager—but better. After a lot of searching (and watching YouTube reviews), I found this one on Amazon, and it checked every box. What makes this bar stand out is that it’s solid—one solid piece with no screws, no assembly required. You just take it out of the box and it’s ready to go. That’s exactly what I wanted. It’s incredibly sturdy and feels like it’s part of the doorframe when mounted. There’s no wobble, no slipping, and it doesn’t leave marks behind, unlike other flimsy bars I’ve tried. It’s also super easy to attach, remove, fold, and store. You can even place it on the ground for push-ups. For around $30–$35, it was an absolute steal. Used to get some pull ups in at work to improve. This one fit wider doors compared to other so got at as the doors at my job are on the wider side. Fits well. Sturdy. (Mostly using on steal framed doors but did try it on doors at home. Still sturdy) Read more

Fit my door frame fine and is very sturdy. I added a pull up assist band that I needed. I have to put cloth between the front pads and my door frame to keep it from marking my frame. The pads could be softer to avoid marking the frame during use. Read more

Great design, love it. However, make sure you measure your doorway and take in to account the actual door and not just the jamb/frame. The swivel arms are set quite wide and didn't work in most of my doorways. Where it did fit it was excellent Read more

Stop looking at other pullup bars. Get this one. I know it looks weird. But this mounting style makes for a higher bar height with almost no flex under load, compared to the traditional "J" shape bars (idk how to describe it). Also, it folds up really nicely, easy to tuck back into my closet, and deploys in seconds when I need it again. It comes with hard plastic white pads to avoid scuffing up the door frame for the bottom cross bar, but the top hooks have scuffed the paint above the door frame. Bar seems very strong and stable. Definitely the nicest doorway pull-up bar and I did a lot of research on them to avoid drilling the walls in my apartment.
