Size is a little big for beginners but not that difficult going slow. Mine didn't come with lube, had my own so not a problem, others show theirs came with it so not sure if it was supposed to or not? Highly recommend downloading the app and using that to control the toy as the remote it comes with does not have an easy way to instantly turn the device off vibrating or thrusting. The app is very easy to use and surprisingly works very well with the toy, instant response from the toy as you adjust either the thrust or vibration functions and has a slider to adjust both separately or turn one completely off and only use one or the other. So like all products that are of this nature one often wonders how easy are they to clean. And this situation relatively easy being a little bit smaller than the average toy and though it has some grooves and stuff still very easy to clean under warm water with soap. the joy hub is a well built and works as advertised. I am not a tech person but I found the app easy to use. I also find the wireless remote great to use. I would buy again. If I had to change anything with this product, I would like to see at the base of the plug to be more larger and rounded. I do have trouble holding on to it and it trys to slip out. The media could not be loaded. This toy has decent girth and length, but the out soft silicone its wrapped in makes it easy enough for anyone. The power is awesome. Setting it up is a breeze - it's easier than the instructions or the app say. No scanning or pin needed on my iphone and ipad. No sign is required also - I appreciated that. Turn the toy on with a long press on the power button. 2. Turn the remote on with a long press on the remote – the remote won’t turn on unless the toy is on first. Press and hold either to turn that specific function off, press and hold the power to shut off the remote and stop the toy (it doesn’t power the toy off, which is ideal for couples play – the toy will automatically power off if no activity) For the iPhone app you do not have to add it to Bluetooth first or use the camera to scan anything! 1. Down the app, open it up, allow Bluetooth 2. You’ll be presented a log in / create new account screen. You do NOT have to create an account!
