ProtoArc Bluetooth Ergonomic Keyboard Wireless Ergonomic Keyboard with Separate Number Pad Dual Bluetooth and USB Hard Palm Rest

I am really, really happy with this ProtoArc Bluetooth Ergonomic Keyboard. I have been using it for just a day now and already feel a difference in my hands and wrists. I had been using a flat keyboard and it started to cause me pain. I found the packaging to be very sleek and the instructions were very clear. The quality of materials is excellent when new out of the box. Having the 10-key/number pad that is detachable will be a nice feature as my work deals with numbers, it will be nice to have the option to put the number pad in another spot while I work. Worked well right out of the box. The Bluetooth works great with any Bluetooth enabled device. The keys take a very light touch. That's the only thing that took time to adjust to. I love the keyboard size, it feels great and sturdy to type on. The design with the split number pad is great. The only thing I keep running into is if I have to put a space or hit tab or anything else on the main keyboard after using the numberpad, it glitches and starts typing like the key is stuck. Coming from a Microsoft ergonomic keyboard, this requires time to adjust. This keyboard is more compact. Keys are responsive and love that you can connect to multiple devices with a switch. Bluetooth connection has been working perfectly. I chose this one because it had a separate 10 key, however I am finding the 10 key plus all the extra is more bulky than I've been used to and I'm having a hard time adjusting to that, can't quite find the right position in the block format it is in. I have to say the packaging, quick start guides and charging cords made it feel like I paid so much more for it than I did. Word of warning.. If you're one who loves longer nails then some of the keys (like space bar and n) are really close together and the clacking is loud (from the nails, not the keys, if you know, you know :) ). This is arguably one of the best keyboards in my collection. It is much easier on my wrists than all the other keyboards. My job requires me to type a lot, and after using this keyboard all day, I have to say, my wrists are as relaxed as they were in the morning. The only negative so far, I noticed that it takes a second or so for the keyboard to wake up from sleep. Read more

Replaced Microsoft Ergonomic Wireless keyboard. Wanted to try a different style, so purchased the because I have purchased other ProtoArc products Overall, keyboard/keypad works well, very responsive and decent feel. Only a couple of things that I would say is that the quality of the keyboard/keypad is a little disappointing and the palm rest is hard plastic (uncomfortable after long days). Would of liked if you could change out the battery, but not a set back. So far, the battery life is good. Have left it turned on for four days when system is on or off and it is still going. Will update on overall time before it runs out of battery life. Not as well made as the other keyboard, but it suits my purposes. Overall, I would still recommend. Read more

The two pieces don’t work in unison. I can’t press key combinations using the right hand and left hand keyboard at the same time, meaning I’m actually using the smallish main keyboard pretty much the entire time. With that being said, their customer service is excellent. They addressed my concerns promptly and I would do business with them again. Read more
