Make sure you wear shoes or go barefoot. Trying to skate with socks on is pretty hard. Try skating on a hard surface and not a carpet. Because of the lack of versatility of the board, I give this 3 stars. Read more

My TH Ride board arrive in the mail just days after purchasing it which was awesome. I open the box to a skateboard looking Controller. I was hesitant at first, the last thing I wanted to do was stand on it the wrong way and snap it in half! After using the Ride for a couple of days you realise how rough you can play. The game its self is different to the past TH games as you aren't skating around the suburbs and cities (Free Skating), there are levels and each level has its own challenge. The levels only last a couple of minutes but there are a lot of them and at the beginning there is a huge learning curve to get used to controlling the game through the board. The more I play the more I love the game and the board. I can see huge potential for this board in other games and more TH games! If you love TH games you will love RIDE! Read more

I read the reviews before I purchased it and told my grandson that it did not seem to have good reviews. He wanted it anyway. To my surprise he liked it and mastered it. His mom verified that with me. He is 10 years old and said that you just have to know how to move with it. Read more

Very disappointed in this product for not only did I purchase two that were brand new, but both were defected, not working and or syncing to the USB piece that came with it, but also the batteries included were corroded, the USB piece was defected and wire was split and the box itself claimed that this "bundle" came with the tony hawk ride game and both purchases that I received did not come with one.! Was not happy. Please don't waste your money or time in trying to hassle with it. Read more
