Looks great but not holding it's weight
This one was used by both my husband and son desk. It ended up staying with my son because he is more light handed than my husband. The stand needs a little more weion the bottom so that when you take the headset and controller of it, it won't fall over. However, with that said it looks great and keeps my son's gaming things organized. Read more

Came used, broken, and does not charge well.
PLEASE READ EDIT AT THE END. Do not purchase from this seller. Multiple issues with this item. Though the box came damaged, I was still hopeful. Upon opening it was apparent the box had been not only opened, but the item used. It is advertised as new, not used. The LED bar meant to signal battery percentage and charging status was broken upon receiving. The charging station also does a very poor job of charging and causes issues with the port on the controller. After over 18 hours of charging the controller wasn’t even charged to 50%. The only aspects of this product that works as advertised are the light at the base of the charging tower and the hanging stand for the headset. Very disappointing purchase. EDIT: After my review was accepted and submitted, the seller reached out apologizing and offered a full refund or free replacement as a solution. Their customer service was excellent, very fast responses and friendly. I received my refund in less than 24 hours. I would consider purchasing from this seller in the future and I do recommend purchasing from them. My issues are resolved! Read more

this product DOES work with dualsense edge controller. i read someone say it didn't and was a bit concerned but since i had a non-edge dualsense as well as edge, i figured i'd just keep the non-edge in it but it works with both.. and that's with the paddle levers on underneath. Read more
