These shorts fit true to size. I’m 5’8”, 150 lb and relatively fit. They’re lightweight, and move well. I use them for weight training and running. The zipper pockets are useful for carrying my house key when I run. Read more

Absolutely PERFECT
Weight 130, height 5'5, ordered size small. 80 year old man who still goes to the gym everyday and actually works out. Although I seem to be loosing my height as I age and gym shorts for smaller men are difficult to find length wise and in the waist, these are perfect. Well made, perfect fabric.
