I'm so glad I ordered the Foxellent Pullup Assist Bands because it includes a lot of nice extras. As you can see in my photos, you get everything needed for pullup assistance, plus the resistance bands at 5 different strengths, a towel, and a carry bag. That's a lot for the price. At first, I wished they had included some instructions, but the product page does explain the setup for the pullup assist. It was very easy to set up on my pullup bar. All the bands and the foot/knee pads seem sturdy and well made. I've been on a mission to try to do pullups but have only achieved dead hangs over a few months now, so I think this setup will be a gamechanger. I have back issues and dead hangs are a great way to relieve my back pain. These assistance bands really work well to help me achieve my goal . I'm very pleased with this purchase. It's a great value for the money! Read more

Best feature of this kit is the strap and strap adjustment. It's quick to change heights so if you are using this with multiple people, despite what I say below you may still want to get this kit. The bands on this kit aren't the same quality as similarly priced band assisted pullup systems. They say they offer 75lbs per band, however my other kits that state 65lbs offer more assistance per band. That may be a good or bad thing depending on your perspective. The stirrups are also only designed to do pullups, limiting the versatility of the kit. Overall they work very well for pullup assistant and the stirrups seem like they'll be highly durable. Overall there's better value for your money, but this kit performs exactly as it should. It helps me train students who can't do pullups, which is is entire purpose. In that area it gets 5 stars. My main concern is the overall durability of the bands and how long the kit will last seeing as it's being used for my daughter's wrestling team. I will add again, the strap adjustment on this kit is excellent and allows quick changing of the height for students who need different levels of assistance or are different heights. For that reason even though I have "better" quality alternatives, I find myself grabbing this kit more often than my others. TLDR: If you train by yourself and only have 1 user, there's better kits. If there's multiple users who may be using this in a single session, I would grab this kit 11/10 times. Read more

Save yourself the time of returning it and buy some resistance bands instead. Resistance isn't as advertised. The design is poor and doesn’t function well. Read more

This pull‑up assist band set has been a fantastic addition to my home workouts. The four‑band system gives a wide range of assistance (75–300 lbs), so it’s easy to adjust the difficulty as you get stronger. I really like that I can add or remove bands depending on how my body feels that day. I’m also using it alongside my physical therapy to help strengthen my injured arm, neck, and torn hamstring. It’s definitely challenging—in a good, controlled way—and the dual foot/knee pads make the movements feel stable and joint‑friendly. It’s been a genuinely helpful tool in my recovery routine. The quality is impressive. The bands are protected with abrasion‑resistant sleeves, the D‑rings feel solid, and the whole setup feels secure when in use. It’s lightweight and compact, and it sets up in seconds on a doorway pull‑up bar, which is perfect for small spaces. The bonus towel and the extra 5‑piece loop band set are a great touch. I’ve been using the loops for glute activation and stretching, so it really feels like getting two workout systems in one. Overall, this is a durable, versatile, and well‑designed assist system—great for beginners, for strength progression, or for anyone who needs adjustable support during rehab or training. Read more
