As I've aged my strength has slowly diminished. These bands and setup have enabled me to once again crank out pullups as I once did. I started out with 2 bands and hopefully will only need 1 soon. The setup is simple the bands work great and are covered to prevent any snags. The harness for your feet/knee is well made and comfortable. So far it seems to work well. With the help of this product I can do pull ups and I believe that it will eventually get me to the point where I will not need the assistance. One important thing that they don't mention is that if you are fat (like me) this is very uncomfortable to use shirtless. I prefer to work out shirtless, (especially at home) and this product rubs very hard against your belly if it protrudes in front of you like mine does. The solution to this problem is, of course, to wear a shirt tucked firmly into your shorts. It can be annoying. Read more
