This is a great arm strength trainer for both adults and children. I bought it for my child to improve their fitness since they don't like to move around, so I wanted to give them more exercise. It's easy to install, has a strong load-bearing capacity, and has excellent adhesion. I've had it for almost two months and it hasn't come loose at all. Great! Highly recommended! Read more
Glad I could put a sturdy bar without making a hole. Wide pads and a support makes this bar pretty strong. Its holding atleast my weight easily, I am 160ish. Happy with the product. Wish this was a little cheaper. Read more

Great design, very easy to attach it to Door frame. Very sturdy and secure. Ended up having made a great purchase. Read more
The installation was pretty straight forward but the pull up bar is not as secure as they mention, because I don’t know if this is only for me or not but the bar just keep on spinning like a spinning rod in ninja worrier. Like I can’t even do anything. the grip is also very very slippery because of the material they use for the bar. The worst thing is that it completely destroyed my doorway cracking the frame on both side. I am only 144 lbs, and this bar can’t even handle me, so I would say it is not very practical for any kind of exercise. I now only use it for hanging my coats and jackets. Read more

The bar is very sturdy once it is installed properly. On a metal doorframe like in an office building or multi unit hallway doorframe it holds up top notch. For 32$ this is tough to beat and is far more stable than JayFlex Crossgrips (90-120$) which I had to return. It takes a bit to master installing the bar and I still have not figured out the bottom left support completely but it felt super sturdy for me at 220lb. It comes with a little wrench and you can remove the bottom supports if you choose. I would use caution installing it on a wooden doorframe as it can crack it so be careful. The bar extends quite a bit so really try to expand it. I almost gave up thinking it wasn't long enough but sure enough it expanded far enough. The padding makes chin ups a bit hard to grab but it's not too bad and you can always use straps. If you want to do neutral grip pull ups I would recommend handles like Kensui Swissies or something similar. They range from 20-50$ depending if you buy brand name and where. Read more
