Ordered in late January and so far so good, no slippage. The bar has comfortable grip foam. Avoid attaching it directly on a wood door frame for it can crack it. Read more
Provides stability for leg exercises, installed about chest height.
I use it for stability installed in a door jam above counter height while I do a variety of leg exercises and vertical push ups. I used 2 ski poles on opposite sides to balance it while I twisted the center bar to tighten it. It is really strong. Read more
