I used to inspect metalwork at a metal fabrication plant. The steelwork on this workout tower is exceptional. I was repeatedly impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship. No visible weld defects, no overbent angles, damn near perfect parallelism from left to right side. The plating (finish on the metal) looks so good! Every step of the process screams quality to me. Kudos to the factory producing this. I was easily able to assemble this tower by myself. Now that the tower is setup, it is very sturdy. There were assembly videos provided with QR codes which were quite helpful. 3 people have used this tower at this point and we all love it. The footprint is minimal but also very stable. I like the different pullup positions, and the fact that I was able to tuck this into a corner. It does not need to be accessed from the back like some other towers. I have seen other towers where the padded arm supports for ab crunches are parallel with the ground, these are purposefully angled inward towards your body and it is actually really nice, especially for people with a more slender profile. The option to transfer the backrest from its upward position (hanging leg lifts) to the declined position (declined sit-ups) is really nice. Those declined sit-ups really hit you in the lower abs. When it comes to versatility and functionality, this workout tower checks all the boxes. The only better option would be to get a full cage setup with the ability to rack barbells for squats and bench press, but that would take up a lot more space. I’m really happy with this cable station from the moment I opened the box. Everything was packed neatly and well-protected with foam, so no scratches or missing parts. The instructions were clear, and it took me around 1 hours to assemble by myself. All the bolts and tools were included, and each part fit together nicely without any struggle. It felt heavy and solid even before finishing the setup. Once assembled, the machine looks great and feels super sturdy. The frame is thick steel, and the pulleys move very smoothly. The cables are strong, and they don’t twist or get stuck during exercise. The weight adjustment works easily, and I can switch between different workouts fast — from lat pulldowns to rows and tricep pushdowns. The handles and attachments feel comfortable and not cheap like some other machines I’ve tried. After using it for a few days, I can tell it’s built to last. I do not write reviews. However, this machine is so exceptional that I have to do it. I was using a decade old power tower that I thought was pretty good, but the exercises alway felt off. The push ups and dips were two wide, the pull up bar not quite solid and the hand position always felt awkward. This machine is SOOOO much better. First of all, every type of pull up feels great and allows for proper technique. The rock climbing grip is a new, tough and a refreshing change up. The push up and dip bars are in perfect position for full range and proper technique as well. It'a compact and easily movable. The build quality is spectacular! Here are some highlights: * 99" height, allows for full body hang without bent knees. *Rock solid feel with no sway or motion *Excellently welded and painted with durable feeling paint coating *Correct width for dips and pull ups *Back cushion converts for a second ab exercise in addition to support for leg raises *Fast delivery and well packaged *Anchors for resistance bands is a nice added benefit. I had one issue in which one of the metal holes in the cushion mid frame had not been punched through. I called support and the call went straight to voicemail. I was a bit annoyed, so I tried to fix it myself. All it needed was a good punch from a screw driver and the metal piece popped right out. As soon as I had it fixed and only about 10 minutes after I called, I received a call back from Mary at Pooboo support following up about the missed call. She was super polite and took notes about the issue, even though the issue was already resolved. So support is solid too! Lastly, the price. $229.00 is a great deal for this level of quality. There are cheaper options available. However, you will likely not get the rock climbing style handles, the ab board option, the extra height and stability of this Pooboo model. Again, I did not do reviews. Yet, I feel compelled to share this information as it's so rare for a company to deliver a a high quality, but still affordable product, with fast shipping and great support. Well done, Pooboo! I’ve been using this stainless steel cable station for a few weeks, and it’s built like a tank. The frame feels strong and stable, with smooth pulleys that handle heavy weights easily. The stainless finish looks great and hasn’t shown any rust. Assembly took a while because the manual wasn’t very clear, but once it was up, it worked perfectly. This power tower is excellent quality very sturdy, stable, and well-built. Setup was straightforward, and it doesn’t wobble during pull-ups, dips, or push-ups.
