It took me a while to try these out because winter, but they're very nice shorts. They have good length, landing just above the knee, and feel comfortable around the waist. The mesh is breathable but is a nice thickness and comfortable to wear. I wore them for a long run and the kneeline never got uncomfortable. The pockets are spacious and useful but don't puff out the sides. I wore them for a long workout and they were quite sweaty when I finished, but by the time I'd driven home (less than 15 minutes) they were dry. These are nice daily shorts - wear around the house - to the store - on the motorcycle - they look good. I really like the zippered pockets -- you don't have to worry about losing your phone or money. However they're a little tight -- I'm a beefy guy, but most 2x shorts fit me well. I wish they had a 3x as the 2x was a little snug for me. The crotch is a little snug, too, but I'm used to wearing baggy shorts. Read more

To be fair, they do work. They fit fine around the waist, but basketball shorts? They are the shortest pair of basketball shorts I've ever worn. They do fit around the legs for the most part, but they are tight in the thighs for the size. When I first put them on, my wife almost laughed and said they looked like something out of an anime.
