This fragrance diffuser system is a game changer. If you are a tech gadget nerd you will enjoy this addition to your smart home collection. I have diffusers in my car and all throughout my townhome - I can curate the scent of each. Parisian coffee wakes me in the morning and Cashmere starts during my wind down in the evenings. The cost of the cartridges is pricey, but after spending 12 hours in the hospital operating room I treasure being able to smell what I want to smell.. I am subjected to some horrendous smells at work. To offset the cartridge cost, you can time the diffusers to your schedule and choose a low/medium setting. The diffusers in the rooms I use the most need a cartridge about every 30-45 days (I don’t use my living room much so it’s just on long enough for me to walk through on workdays). My elderly mother lives with me and she enjoys being pleasantly surprised by “hotel smells” around the house. I have a Shih Tzu with a sensitive nose and he has shown no signs of irritation since there is no residue - my cold diffuser system sometimes made him sneeze. Read more

Product description should list incompatibility with mesh networks, modern technologies. Customer service delivered a cut and paste and obviously did not read the original support request. All modern devices, including other smart home devices I have (that also only communicate on 2.4) are capable of integrating with a mesh network (band forming). Also of note, most modern home networking devices no longer support splitting to 2.4 - 5 ghz as it is incompatible with mesh networks.... I have dozens of such devices that all seamlessly joined my Wifi network. I really wanted the Pura solution to work, given it is a local company for me. If you are running a mesh network, with band-forming (that does not support splitting, such as G-Fiber, Nest, etc.) be aware that Pura devices will be incapable of joining the network. Read more

I have one in many rooms now. App is really easy to use, and you can program when to come on, the color that shines from the top and how powerful the scent is. Good range of fragrances available too. You can twist to fit any plug location and its fairly robust. Slightly more expensive than some more mainstream choices so it lost a star but you get what you pay for! Read more
