Is expensive but it is worth every penny, the taste is not bad at all is easy on my stomach, the dosage and vitamin content is as described. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could… My sister in law is a pharmacist and they sell this exact product In her pharmacy..but they usually run out quickly (hence why I purchase online). I started taking this product because blood work showed that I was low in vitamin B12. After taking this product for 4 months, my b12 levels (According to bloodwork) came up drastically. I have increased energy, improved cognitive clarity, improved stamina with working out, and find it easier to get out of bed in the morning. Seriously, what a noticeable difference. Read more
