If what you need is 1,000 IU of Vitamin D3, this is a good brand. I have been using it for several years and have kept my levels of D vitamin in the percentage that is specific for me and my doctor is satisfied with the count. I have not had any stomach upset and there is no taste. Read more
Check the seal
I love this brand! I get a lot of their vitamins. The reason for the 4 stars instead of five is the last bottle I ordered, I just went to open it ..to find that the seal was ripped and looks like it was burned. Because it was compromised, I cannot use them. I did request a full refund. Because I do love this brand, I will order another bottle, in hopes it will be sealed properly like it has in the past when I have ordered. Read more
