First off, I'm very selective about the body care products I use. Some of the key factors I go for are 100% natural ingredients and NO ARTIFICIAL FRAGRANCES. Those 2 are very important to me and this soaps fits my criteria. Of course, the item has to be functional and this one is great! It smells AMAZING, kind of like an incense shop. It definitely suds and leaves the skin clean and smooth. The soap smells wonderful while using in the shower and is very pleasant and relaxing but once you're out of the shower, the scent doesn't linger strongly like the artificial stuff does. The after scent is very mild so that it doesn't bother others that may have sensitivities to scent. You can't really smell it unless you put your nose to the person who used its' skin. I was excited to try this ayurvedic handmade soap made with coconut, castor, and palm oil. The soap has a pleasant scent and does not leave a filmy residue like other soaps. It is also sulfate and paraben free, which is something I am trying to cut out from my shower routine. The soap can be used on your skin and scalp, but I have only used it on my skin and I like the way it cleanses.
