Excellent product, I didn't know this stuff existed until I started doing more research on the safety of chemicals I use around food/kitchen areas. I use this on all of my food surfaces, including pets and children's areas as well. You don't have to rinse, unlike bleach or regular surface cleaning products that, if you read the directions, require a rinse. Unfortunately, as a regular consumer, the best deal was to buy in bulk and I have a ton of this stuff, but it looks like it will last for a long time. Love these for cleaning kitchen counters and pretty much any surface. One thing I found out is that these things are great as a degreaser. We use this to clean our kitchen exhaust vent and its amazing. We also use it to wipe down the stove. Good thing about that is there is no need to rinse or wipe up afterwards. We use this to wipe down the car where we touched surfaces on our shopping trips. And then we stage our groceries in the laundry room when we come home from the store. I wipe down the handles of the bags that the bagger touched at the store with it, then we wipe every surface of all the groceries we bought, except produce. There is no need to clean it off surfaces after it is applied. I use it to wipe off door knobs and surfaces through out the house. It is a great comfort during this Pandemic. Four gallons is more than enough to apply liberally. You should keep a wash rag saturated in this disinfectant in a Ziploc bag to avoid evaporation. I carry a Ziploc bag like that with me whenever I leave the house. I used to keep a rag saturated in Isopropyl Alcohol in a Ziploc but it evaporates real quick, and there is great shortage at the moment. After we recover from this Pandemic (and we will) this disinfectant will still be very useful to clean the same kitchen counters and door knobs.
