I’ve purchased this massager twice, each time from a different seller. The first time around, I encountered an issue when changing the batteries, after which the device ceased to function. Despite this, I decided to give it another chance months later, after trying out several other massagers. What I appreciate about this massager is its lightweight design and extended reach, making it effortless to hold and target tense areas. It provides a gentle, surface-level massage without any complicated attachments, which suits my needs for simplicity. However, I do find myself missing a feature I’ve enjoyed in a previous massager—a rotating ball. The combination of vibration and rolling motion provided a more dynamic massage experience. Incorporating a rotating ball into this product would elevate its functionality and enhance the overall user experience. Never-the-less I'd buy it again for a less than $20.00 item, and I caught it on sale for under $10.00. I roll with the product, without the rolling ball. lol Read more
Doesn't work and the battery slot seems like it might be too small? Completely tore up the batteries I put in, I had to unscrew it and pry them out since they were rechargeable and I wanted them back. Read more
I have an old one like this, but my old one has OFF-Low with Heat-High. I wanted to get a second one, so tried this. It has OFF-Medium-High, but no Heat [even though the ad and some reviews mentioned the Heat feature. I was not expecting the Heat feature as an up-close view of both the box description and the ON-OFF switch did not have that. No heat is not a problem for me, so this wand works fine. Read more

For the price I was amazed at the power and how easy it was to reach your back ….it’s because of the walking cane shape ..you will need 4 AA batteries …has two settings high and low …I took a chance and glad I did …not cheaply made at all …it will relax stuff muscles around the neck and back Read more
