These whitening strips go on easy and come off easy. Some strips feel like they are going to pull your teeth out while removing. They did leave a bit of residue on your teeth after removing. I was hesitant to use these because I was having g some sensitivity before using. They did not add to the discomfort at all or make them more sensitive. That was a big win for me. I had never used whitening strips or any other teeth whitener before I got this product, so I didn't know what do expect. I first took note of the color of my teeth on the 'teeth shade guide' that's in the package. My teeth matched color 10 and after finishing the strips, my teeth match 7, 3 shades whiter! Much of the stains on my teeth near my gums went completely away, but I noted some stains remained in between some teeth. The instructions are clear that you use the strips every day for 2 weeks. I admit I skipped a day each week because my teeth felt almost too clean and fresh and a little sensitive after 5 contiguous days, but had no lingering sensitivity. I'm a tea, coffee and red wine drinker. So my teeth are not the whitest looking. I've used professional whitening product from my dentist before, but they're terribly costly. I wasn't expecting much from these, and was pleasantly surprised. Even after one use I could see a minor colour change. After 2 weeks my teeth were whiter. (They weren't white white, but they weren't at the 20 level on the colour guide included in the package.) I have very sensitive gums, and was really surprised that I didn't have any stinging, bleeding or irritation when using these. I was curious about trying this, and well, It works. Easy to apply. No mess. I've been using it every other day for a week now, and the difference is noticeable already. Coffee stains gone. And no weird taste or irritation which is great because my gums are sensitive sometimes. But honestly, it's surprising how effective this can be without peroxide.
