A fun way to practice and kill some time
I'm not much of a golfer at this point but have been slowly acquiring some practice items to start preparing through the winter. This putting green is a lot of fun! It is quite long and has markers at each foot length. The ball return system is great. Whether you make it into the whole or not, as long as it gets to the end it will drop and come back to you on the provided track, which I especially like because it is held together with magnets, so assembly/disassembly is a breeze. The mat comes rolled up and may need some time to totally flatten out as you'll have a couple of bumps at first. The wood is a nice finish and makes it feel good quality. The adjustable angle for the last bit gives it some variety. No balls or other accessories are included. As far as improvements go, I'd just say it would be nice if the return track was one piece longer, and if there were a place to store the track with the rest of the item in an easy way so that everything can stay well bundled. Overall it's a lot of fun for my whole family and it's small footprint allows me to keep it in my office to roll out whenever I feel like taking a break. It does seem a bit pricey for what you get, I'd feel better if we could see it closer to the $50 mark Read more
Really fun for holiday parties!
I brought this around to my different holiday gatherings and it was a big hit. The portability, quality, and durability of it makes it really stand out. The length, different size holes, return ramp, and height adjustments, made it easy to customize for different 'tournaments'. It doesn't require too much space to setup and aligning all the pieces is a cinch. A bit on the expensive side, but it's real wood, real magnets, and real nice. I didn't get it to actually practice golf, so honestly not sure how a 'real' golfer would feel, but as a party piece this definitely drew some eyes. Read more
