I purchased the Pyle PLDN65BT 6.5-inch Headunit Receiver for my 2001 Ford Expedition because I was trying to upgrade the vehicle with some current items. I have to say for the price I was not disappointed. The DVD player was a great addition and my 7 year old daughter loves the touch screen. I fit great and the rear camera addition really helps. You do have to purchase the camera separately, but I think for the extra couple of bucks I should have gotten the one with the GPS included. Over all I am very pleased with the product. Read more

It will not play certain video types or cannot support the encoded resolution of some files (I tried MP4 videos). The SCREEN is VERY dim but registers touch points easily... It is almost impossible to make out information on the screen during day. This is NOT a great idea when you are trying to access or change options quickly while driving. The whole interface needs to be redone using a DARK background and larger touch area buttons. Lastly don't even bother trying to use your Bluetooth cell phone with this thing. I have radio installed on a Toyota Avalon XL... This car is as quiet as you can get yet no one can hear me using my Galaxy S5 through this thing. I am considering returning it. Read more
