Because of the size… It is hard to say that this is “commercial”. It is “commercial” when you think about the overall construction… Wait… And so on. Though it certainly would not work for a restaurant, it could work for a food truck… Concession stand… And other purposes. I do use it in a small café at a school. Students prepare items for other students, faculty and staff. So for my needs it is perfect. I really like that there is a large grease container. It also heats well.
