UPDATE: This company did a wonderful job correcting this issue. They contacted me and had me do some tests on video to verify that this product didn't work. When they viewed the evidence and discussed it with me, they quickly refunded me. I very much appreciate it! It confirms to me that I just got a lemon, and this product will work 99% of the time. Didn't turn on. We tried a few different plugs - plugs that we know work with other items. Each time, we pressed the power button and the switch button; the indicator light never lit up and the machine never got warm. Very disappointed. Read more
