JAN. 2022 UPDATE: I returned the replacement due to its unacceptable condition, and USPS tracking showed it arrived to the seller on 1/17. I certainly was not going to give this company a third chance, so I returned it for a refund of the original purchase. Per Amazon's policy, seller should have processed my refund by 1/22. It is now 1/27, and I have to go through the Amazon messaging system for third-party sellers which essentially re-sets the clock for when the seller has to process the refund. Only silver lining is I paid with an Amazon gift card, so I never actually gave this company any money. I can't say I'd recommend this product or company to anyone after my experience. I ordered this ski mask in mid-December. As this product wasn't fulfilled by Amazon, I knew shipping would take longer. No big deal. It arrived a little over a week later, and when I put the mask on, immediately I noticed something was off. The eye holes were completely uneven, which ruined the necessary symmetry of the mask to fit properly. I measured the eye holes, and it turns out the "middle" stitch was actually almost half an inch off-center, making one eye hole significantly larger than the other. I started a return, and Amazon notified me a replacement was being shipped on December 28, 2022. Or rather, that is when a label was printed. The product itself didn't actually get shipped until January 5, 2023. I know there was the holiday break between Christmas and New Year's, but an eCommerce company not shipping until January 5? Come on..... Anyway, the replacement arrived today, January 10. I put it on and while the eye holes were fairly symmetrical and evened out this time, there was a weird odor emitting from the acrylic. Now I know that it isn't uncommon for beanies, sweatshirts, etc. to sometimes carry the odor of the dyes used in the manufacturing process. But this odor was different. It was almost like a sour body odor more than a chemical dye. On top of that, there was no tag, no wrapping, nothing to indicate this was even a new product. It was just tossed into a poly bag. With that in mind, I decided to return the product again, this time for a refund. It is a shame that a nearly 3-week ordeal has resulted in getting a mask with wonky stitching and a replacement that smelled terrible. Read more
