Breaking down already, and I've had it less than a year! This damn mattress has not been comfortable the entire time I've had it, and the edges offer no support at all. If you sit on the edge of the bed or roll over towards it, it just collapses, and you're going to end up on the floor. I have tried different sleeping positions and pillows, and nothing works. I am disabled and require a lot of support when I'm sleeping, and this mattress doesn't give it. Now, I'm trying to contact customer service either with the mattress company or with Amazon, and I can't seem to get a hold of anybody! There's no way to contact the mattress company, and I keep going around in circles trying to get a hold of anyone at Amazon. Do not get this mattress, go with something else, anything else! Get a mattress that actually provides some support down the road. This mattress is supposed to come with a 10-year warranty, but since I can't get a hold of anybody, I don't really see how that warranty would do me a damn bit of good. It's been less than a year since I've had this, and you would think I'd be able to get some support. Read more

Firmer but still very comfy. We bought as a spare bed and it is worth it! I always like to sleep in my guest bed to really test it out and I love it.
