I thought because it was so cheap, it would be lacking in quality. Not so! It’s incredibly soft and breathable; no crinkly plastic feel or annoying noise when you move. The zippered encasement fits my queen mattress quite well (my foam mattress is a little undersized, so it's a tad loose, but still not bad at all) and stays securely in place. I love that you can remove the entire cover, or just the top, for easy washing. It keeps the mattress protected while adding a layer of cool comfort. This is a good product. I thought the waterproof layer would be sweaty to sleep on especially since the padded layer over it looks so thin , but I'm relieved to say that it is very comfortable. I chose this because of the zip-off top, not the waterproof feature. The parts underneath the mattress and on the sides are also made of waterproof fabric which is odd but doesn't affect the comfort. I didn't test it for waterproof-ness but by the appearance and feel I believe it is. I've had mattress pads with various elastic straps on the corners and clip-on elastics which go all the way under the mattress and elastic edged fitted sides but they all still end up wrinkling and bunching under the sheet. This stays in place and the top is very easy to remove and wash. I washed it yesterday just as a test and dried it on the clothes line and it still looks like new. No tears, no ripped seams. After reading the reviews, I settled on a size that should’ve fit my queen size mattress. It was a real struggle to get it on the mattress. Hoping that it’s sturdy enough the zipper won’t break because it’s a very tight fit. Read more

This was great. I had a roommate who rented a furnished room who took the mattress protector off and destroyed the cover of the mattress. I was able to replace the mattress cover with this. It is soft and the very long zipper makes it easy to apply. Read more

Works great and fits really well, but definitely size down. I have a 15.5” thick mattress and I bought the 10-12” protector and it fits like a glove. Putting it on can be a challenge with a heavy mattress, but it’s a 1 time thing since the top zippers off. It’s also silent. Read more

Nice quality & soft material. I did a water test and the surface material soaked up the water but my mattress stayed dry. I only knocked off stars because it is super baggy on my 10in mattress. Theres isn't any smaller for a king so I'm keeping it, but I wish it fit a little more snug to prevent wrinkles. Read more
