Poor design and Do not buy the Accessories
The item with the tray/grass/and plastic box container are what you would expect, but when the product arrived there wasn't any directions or user manual for connecting the accessories. When put together the connectors for the tray to the vacuum hose leaked because of vacuum hose isn't made to hold water without a sealed hose. The way it was connected was a poor design. Customer service was able to send a better elbow connector that stopped the leak, but it now doesn't fit all the accessories in the plastic box. all the accessories are a hodge podge of different companies. The shop vac is from home depot and seem to be the cheapest version you can get. I had to order a replacement because the first vacuum did not work. The mobi garden water shower sprayer isnt worth much either. There is no water pressure and you might as well just use a watering can. I feel that with the proper design the tray with the grass panels are a good product, but the company must not sell alot of these. The connectors that were shipped initially must not have been tested with the vacuum hose to ensure the plastic box didn't fill up with pee/water. The accessories are a waste for the extra money. I feel that for the cost this, it should have been less a headache trying to figure out to make it functional. Read more
