So far I’m impressed!
I was very nervous since this product didn’t have any reviews, and I had seen some negative feedback about the company online. I am a chronic review reader, I never buy anything without a lot of support backing it. I stressed for the entire delivery process after placing my order, which ended up being quick and easy. My potty shipped within 24 and arrived in perfect condition not even 3 days later, even though it was not expected to arrive until a week later. So already great start with the fast shipping. The components all arrived in great shape, I was impressed by how much care and thought this company put into making this potty solution. The description on Amazon wasn’t super helpful to list what was included, so I’ll list it out: - Custom welded potty tray, exactly the dimensions described - Well draining synthetic pet grass - Threaded pvc pipe for drain - Coupler to convert pvc to a wet/dry vac hose with adjustable tightness clamp - Self leveling feet and inserting brackets to mount to - Wet dry vac (this box arrived open). Because it is cordless, they actually included - Wet dry vac cordless battery - Wet dry vac charger station The components added to the wet dry vac do not normally come with this model if you bought it separately! Handy! I really appreciate the attention to detail this company has with their potty station. The 32 inch model I ordered is petite, it fits nicely in our small bathroom. Even with it being small and easy to set up, it’s solidly built enough that I am confident my 70 pound golden retriever will not cause the pan any strain. I imagine it wouldn’t have difficulty supporting about 100 pounds of weight. I’m not sure if you’d want a 200 pound man to stand on it, but this is the medium model. If you have a dog larger than 100 pounds I sincerely hope you’d consider a larger one. Ours arrived without any dents or scratches but I imagine it depends on your own postal workers and how they handle their freight. This tray could probably take a beating and still function, but it wasn’t packed with much padding, so it may be hit or miss if you’ve got a very aggressive delivery driver. It’s just steel after all. I will update when I have more time to test it out, but so far I’m massively surprised at how sturdy and nice this thing looks.
