Oh boy, I wish I had stuck to this polish. I tried another brand on Amazon, I won't say it's name but it starts with a Z! This polish was easy to use looks great too, doesn't gum up like the other brand did. This stuff is magic in a bottle. My floors were looking dry and dusty and no amount of mopping was helping. Enter this stuff and wow they looks brand new. I first found this product in stores and was happy to find it online on a larger bottle for lower price. It doesn't have a strong smell. Dries quickly. My floors haven't been stripped and re waxed in over a decade. After completely stripping and proper cleaning, it takes a few layers on the tiles but my oh my does it SHINE! It definitely protects the floors from getting dirty. I rarely have to mop anymore and I never have to scrub. I am a yacht detailer and I'm very very picky and particular. My floor is about 15+ years old. I was desperate to find something to perk it up and this definitely did the job. The only thing Im not liking is my 4 bigger dogs are leaving their paw prints on it.
