I own a 2016 Mercury 115HP outboard that needed a water pump replacement. I took a lot of time to research what to order. This kit fits several models, so make sure to check. This fit mine perfectly, and I only had one o-ring that didn't go with my job. This is normal, And I just put it in my drawer of odd parts for whatever needs may arise. I looked at my serial number and cross referenced it with the picture in this ad. Mine is a 2.1 L so It was easy to match. As far as replacement goes, this was as easy as it gets because the parts are spot on. The gaskets fit the holes perfectly as did the impeller.
