The power unit just died. After having to try to get it fixed, since return date expired on July 17, it just won't work. So depressing, because my sister really needed this for her swelling in the legs. UPDATE: Company reached out to us and is sending another unit. We are grateful to this Company for honoring their commitment to Customer Satisfaction. Our unit is being overnights to us and we look forward to getting my sister's legs/feet to feel better. Equipment worked great but after 7 months of use the control unit just stopped working. The unit just bricked itself and won't do anything and I can't find a reset. There are no physical switches so it is hard to know if the touchpads are functioning properly. I have emailed the company but haven't gotten a response yet. I will change the review if the company responds and there is a correction but I believe these should last more than 7 months. Read more

Control device stopped working at nine months, even after fairly low usage (about once per week). We've tried everything to get it to work, such as using different adaptors, resetting, etc., but nothing works. It just stays with the red light blinking (needs charge) even after days of attempting to charge it using different outlets. Read more
