Like so many many reviewers I was shocked at how HUGE these pills are. Even cut in half they are difficult to swallow and a definite choking hazard to alot of people-especially us older kids ;) Seriously, like the others here I would never buy them again. There is no reference to the size-other than a longer than a dime but also so thick! I can't get a refund from Amazon😢 so I emailed the company with the 'facts' and asked if they would step up and in all fairness refund me the $28. Their policy is to refund only if bought from their site and if unopened!!! It's not a clear bottle it's white so you can't see in it to say "oh h*** no I'm not going to try to swallow those horse pills! The magnesium came on time and packaged well enough, i purchased them for my wife as she wanted a one pill 250mg dose, but they are very large and hard to swallow for her and myself so i had to go with a different brand 250mg dose in a smaller capsule form,the Qunol 250mg needs to be in a capsule form or something similar that is easier to swallow.
