These pillows arrive air tight, once you open the expand very slowly. I put them in the dryer on cool for about 3 or 4 minutes and they fluffed right up!!! They arrived yesterday evening, I have not used them yet, I will need to remove some of the shredded Memory Foam as it is way to much for me. I will update after a night or two. they are soft to touch and feel cooler if you leave your hand on a for little bit. I'm excited to try them out. When I received these pillows, I followed the directions to fluff them. They were delivered vacuum packed. The first night I slept on them, I didnโt remove any of the filling. That was a problem because the pillows are so over stuffed that it was difficult to sleep on them. I was disappointed until I removed about 1/3 of the filling. Doing so made all of the difference. These pillows are very nice. They keep their shape during the night and provide excellent support for my neck and head. They donโt flatten out or separate like regular shredded foam pillows. They are well made with an outer cooling cover as well as a inner zippered cover for the foam. I love the fact that these pillows are adjustable. I saved the foam I removed in the zippered bag the pillows arrived in, in case I needed to restore the foam in the future. They are a very good value for the money. Read more
I love my pillows, extremely firm and also extremely dense. I hate when a pillow gets worn down in the middle after like a few weeks or a month and then youโre struggling to get it full again. Itโs absolutely impossible. When I got these pillows, it said that it might take 24 hours for them to fully enlarge. I enrolled them and took a look at this flat thin thing and I thought, oh my God, I made a huge mistake in ordering these. Went into the kitchen, made some dinner after dinner went into my bedroom and holy moly, these pillows were massive. I was so excited and I couldnโt wait to sleep on them. Now mind you, I am a side sleeper, so thatโs why I like a very full and firm pillow. I do love how full they are, however, it was a little much. Luckily, you can unzip them and take some of the filling out. A little tip is to keep the little zipped bag they give you and you can put some extra filling in there and zip it and if you ever want to fill it back up, itโs easy. I took about 15% of the filling out of each pillow which to me was perfect, but I could see people wanting to take much more out. I love that you have the option of taking it out and putting it back in if you ever need to, but I donโt think youโll need to because these pillows will never get squishy or flat. I love these pillows so much that I donโt know if I could ever exist without them. Please never discontinue these because if I ever need to get another set, I want them available. Absolutely game changing. Both sides of the pillow are comfy but to be able to flip it and get to the "cool side" is amazing. The thickness is great and has been super helpful to my neck so far. The shape retention performance thus far has me a bit concerned but I will update as we go. One thing I want to mention is that it says it's adjustable, but does not come with any extra foam or instructions or anything to indicate as such. I guess any pillow is adjustable if you gut it, so as a marketing feature, this seems weak. Read more

Extremely comfortable. I have bad nerve damage in my neck and its been difficult to find a decent pillow. This one is just right! I actually slept 7 straight hours as opposed to 3hr increments having to readjust. Well worth it!! Read more
While they aren't bad pillows and definitely firmer than some of the gimmicky ones promoted on social media, they still have their limitations. I saw several reviews say that these were "too firm" which was the reason I actually moved forward with purchasing. I don't know if I just have a big/heavy head or what, but I always end up mashing my pillow down while sleeping...so much so that the pillows have a flat indention where my head is. Which means that I wake up in the middle of the night with neck pain. With these, that still happens. They appear overfilled at first glance (once you let them sit out for 24 hours per the instructions), but I notice that the same indention happens after a night of sleep with these pillows. I'm a side sleeper, even though I move around a lot while sleeping, so when I wake up in the morning on these, my neck is craned in an awkward position. The "firmness" provides very limited support, and I have to put another pillow (a flat one) UNDER this pillow so that my head isn't basically on the mattress when I wake up. Read more
