I began using the Evoluent mouse a few years ago, and it permanently eliminated scary wrist pain in a day. Lately, however, it's been irritating the bottom of my hand where it rests on the desk. It feels like my hand is too vertical. When it came time to purchase a new mouse for a different location, I gave this R-Go a try. It's the most comfortable mouse yet. The slight angle is more comfortable than vertical. The keys are easy enough to press with no strain. One unusual thing is that this wired version has a wireless transmitter. The braided cable is for charging, and can be removed until charging is needed. I'd have preferred not to have the RF transmitter. It was also not clear to me until I got the mouse that the scroll wheel between the two main mouse buttons functions as the linux middle mouse button. Read more
I tested a ton of different ergonomic mice and I found this one to be the winner. It has the most upright positioning, a nice thumb rest, and a flexible braided cable. A higher dpi would have been nice but a quality mousepad can make up for that. Read more

I like the feel of the mouse in the hand, especially the little rest for the pinky. Unfortunately, the scroll wheel stopped working after 2 weeks, which is not great and seems to maybe be an issue in some other reviews I've read. However, I contacted the R-Go Tools through Amazon and they immediately sent out a replacement. I'm hoping that my first mouse was a fluke, and that the scroll wheel is not defective on the replacement. I will update my review depending on how the replacement turns out. Read more
My old traditional mouse was causing stiffness in my hand. Since switching to this mouse, 10 hour telework days are no longer a problem. This was my first time using a vertical mouse, and it was very easy to get used to. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs an ergonomic mouse. Read more
